Going Deeper with the Full Moon in Pisces ~

In case you haven’t felt her pull yet, the skies will grace us with a Piscean Full Moon in the wee hours of the morning (3:59 am MDT) on Saturday, September 10th, 2022.

At 17 degrees Pisces, she’ll reflect the light of the Sun at 17 degrees Virgo. This mutable line of energy offers us the chance to shift into a higher consciousness and make tangible changes in our lives.

Pisces is all about dreamy illusions while Virgo is about as down-to-earth as you can get. When we hold steadfast to either end of their spectrum things can get tense, but when we come to the center point of their polarity, we can create balance and peace.

Essentially, Pisces invites Virgo to feel things and Virgo wants Pisces to get real and accomplish things.

Resolution comes from doing both – as much as we may want to resist it.

When Pisces invites Virgo to go deeper and Virgo complies, Pisces feels validated and connected. A validated Piscean is much more likely to meet a vulnerable Virgoan halfway by stepping out of their dreamworld long enough to do something, which is what Virgo wants most of all.

When Virgo feels into the shaky world of emotions where Pisces dwells, the empathy and compassion that they experience serves their practical side by connecting them to others as well as a larger world. From this place of wholeness, their efforts and achievements can have even more impact.

Here’s to going deeper. Owning what is ours. Feeling it without wallowing or drowning in it.

Virgo loves steps, so here’s the short list:

  1. Go deeper/Trust.
  2. Own it if it’s yours (chances are pretty good that if emotions are surfacing, there is something to feel)
  3. Feel it/Express it.
  4. Bless it/Release it.
  5. Repeat.

Pisces loves being, dreaming and flowing, so here’s to embracing that ~

Other celestial aspects to the Piscean Full Moon that support our journey to higher consciousness include a loose conjunction to Neptune, the ruler of Pisces. This partnership serves to deepen all emotions on the scale, but it also offers us grace through acts of compassion, connection, surrender and forgiveness.

A sextile to Uranus in Taurus that happens to be conjunct, or next to, the North Node in Taurus, lends us the opportunity to clarify and cultivate what matters to us. Heart-centered shifts are highlighted.

If we remain aware, even the Moon’s square to Mars in Gemini offers support. Squares can trip us up if we’re unconscious, so taking a page from the book of Virgo and being present to what arises serves us. As long as we embrace the mutability of the Pisces Moon, the Virgo Sun and Mars in Gemini, we can speak and act in ways that are cooperative and mutually beneficial.

Finally, if all of this Lunar Piscean energy isn’t enough to take us deeper into the heart of life, most of the planets (Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto) are retrograde now, emphasizing the importance and value of the art of contemplation.

Here’s to letting the light of these benevolent orbs flow into and out of our highest selves: bodies, minds, hearts, spirits and souls.
Together, may we create a brighter world.

With blessings of grace and love,
~ Christina
